Chicken thighs marinated then grilled and turned frequently to keep tender and juicy. Served with steamed rice and mac salad.
Chicken thigh seasoned in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sake. Tossed in potato starch and fried until golden and crispy. Served with steamed rice and mac salad.
Chicken or Pork Adobo
Chicken or pork marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic and cooked until fall apart tender. Served with steamed rice and mac salad.
Seasoned chicken breaded in panko and fried until golden and crispy. Sliced into strips and covered in our house made Tonkatsu sauce. Served over steamed rice with mac salad.
Handmade 1/3 lb. burger served over a bed of steamed rice, smothered in house made brown mushroom gravy and topped with a fried egg.
